Shipping policy

At All Things Niche, we aim to carefully package and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
During peak periods, public holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
New Zealand Shipping
We currently offer shipping throughout New Zealand.
Standard Shipping
A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all New Zealand orders and will be displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery timeframes are generally:

North Island: 1–3 business days after dispatch

South Island: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Express Shipping
Customers may choose an express or priority shipping option at checkout for an additional fee.
Express shipping aims to reduce delivery time; however, delivery timeframes remain subject to courier operations and cannot be guaranteed.
Australian Shipping
We currently ship internationally to Australia only.
Australian shipping is charged at a separate international shipping rate displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes are generally:

Australia: 5–15 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and regional delivery locations.
Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by Australian authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
At present, we only offer international shipping to Australia.
We are working towards expanding our international shipping options and may add additional countries in the future.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and making any necessary arrangements for delivery.
Subject to applicable New Zealand consumer laws, responsibility for the parcel passes upon delivery to the address supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your parcel appears delayed beyond normal delivery timeframes, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
While we will do our best to assist, delivery timeframes are outside of our direct control once a parcel has been handed to the courier.
Parcels Marked as Delivered
Where courier tracking confirms a parcel has been delivered to the address supplied during checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
If a parcel is believed to be missing after being marked as delivered, customers should:

Check around the delivery location;

Check with household members or neighbours;

Contact the courier directly; and

Notify us so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of:

The parcel packaging;

The shipping packaging; and
-
The damaged item(s).
We will investigate the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by:

Courier delays;

Public holidays;
-
Severe weather events;
-
Natural disasters;
-
Customs inspections;
-
Industrial action;
-
Supply chain disruptions; or
-
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
